Our Forensic Engineering Department focuses on the investigation of buildings and structures that are failing or aging. The primary areas of competence and responsibility will be assessments of residential and commercial structural components and building envelopes including field work, performing detailed inspections, taking notes and photographs, preparing written reports; and preparing designs and drawings for repairs. Additionally. North Star Forensics has strategic alliances with industry leading experts that can provide photogrammetry services for the assessments from roof drainage failure to site-wide topographical reports.
